Tract 57 Homeowners' Association Inc. is committed to maintaining a high level of beautification within our community.
The Mission Statement of our association is to maintain and improve the quality of life of our residents as well as maintain the value of our property.
Our community is located in the beautiful Sub-Division of the Woodmont Country Club in Tamarac, Florida.
Tract 57 is located in the west end of the 12 square mile City of Tamarac. Our Communities of Les Jardins and Palm Ridge are convenient to major highways and shopping. We are close to many of the City's amenities and events. Our communities are recognized as well maintained and "the" place to live in Woodmont.
