Architectural Changes:
Any changes made to the exterior of your house need prior approval from the Tract 57 Architectural Committee.
This includes:
Exterior paint - select from the Tract 57 approved Sherwin Williams color schemes - See Color Chart 
Driveways - paint, resurface, extending 
Roof - repairs or replacement
Energy Efficiency - impact windows, solar panels, hurricane shutters, garage doors, generators
All Other: exterior brick or stone, installation of hedges, fences, sheds, gazebos etc.

Buying and Selling Property:
  • Woodmont Tract 57 is a single family residential community
  • All potential buyers/renters must complete the Buyers Application
  • Submit the completed form with the required documentation to Woodmont Tract 57 Homeowners' Assoc. Inc. 
  • Only homes purchased prior to August 15,2013 are eligible for leasing
  • Open Houses and Garage Sales require Tract 57 Board Approval
 
Estoppel Information:
The Estoppel Fee is $250.00 for non-delinquent properties.  An additional fee of $150.00, in addition to the delinquent amount shall be charged in the event of a delinquency.
Estoppels ordered on an expedited basis (3 business days) will require an additional fee of $100.00.  All fees must be paid at the time of application.
